Are you hoping to race during the day? If yes, please give details in the “foibles” box below, and note that you will be expected to help all the time when you are not racing.

A decision on whether you will be able to compete or not will be made nearer the time by The Regatta Chairman, The Entries Secretary and The Staffing Manager. Remember that the priority lies with supporting club events.

Sorry, no lie-in for this event because we have to start early to make the best use of the limited daylight hours.

The main bulk of activity takes place on Riverside Meadows and some roles will require a short safety meeting in the weights shed first.

Ideally we’d like your help all day, but we realise that some of you may only be able to help for one or other division.

Division One starts at 10:30. Division Two starts at 13:30. If you select Division 1 we will assume you are available from approx 08:00 – 13:00, and if Division 2 we will assume approx 12:00 – 17:00, although racing should be well over by about 15:00 but some roles will require clearing up and therefore mean staying on longer. We would rather you committed to be there until 17:00 and were released earlier than the other way round and you disappear before the work is done!

Hoping to race means that you will be helping in the division in which you are not racing.

If you are not available, let us know by selecting “not available” from the list below, and also “none” from the list of roles.
